AUTOMATIC FLEXIPLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS

• If you have applied to participate in The Royal Bank of Scotland's Automatic FlexiPlan ("Auto FlexiPlan"), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions: • 12 months' interest-free instalments for any single retail transaction equal to and above S$1,000 • Admin fee of 3% on a single retail transaction amount only. • Cancellation of the Automatic FlexiPlan must be made within 10 days of the date of billing. Other terms and conditions apply. • Your participation in Auto FlexiPlan is subject to the following: • The Initial Purchase Sum may comprise such maximum number of selected Card Transactions as the Bank may from time to time determine. • Selected Card Transactions will be included in full. • Auto FlexiPlan is not applicable to any Cash Advance, balance transfer, interest or late charges, any instalment payment of any kind and such other promotions and transactions as the Bank may determine. • The Credit Limit on your Card Account (excluding any temporary Credit Limit increase) is sufficient to block out the Initial Purchase Sum and processing fee. • Card Transactions will automatically be selected and spread over such tenor and Instalments (as defined below) as the Bank may determine ("Auto FlexiPlan Transactions"). • The Bank's approval in its absolute discretion, without the need to furnish any reason for rejecting an Auto FlexiPlan Transaction. • Upon approval of your Auto FlexiPlan Transaction:   • You shall pay the Initial Purchase Sum over such tenor and in such amounts as the Bank may from time to time determine and approve ("Instalment"), subject to a processing fee of such amount or at such rate as determined by the Bank which shall be debited to your Card Account in full together with the first Instalment and shall not be refundable in any event.   • Your available Credit Limit will be reduced by blocking out an amount equivalent to the Initial Purchase Sum and processing fee, but will be progressively restored by the amount of each Instalment as each monthly Instalment is paid and received by the Bank.   • You may not change the tenor of your Auto FlexiPlan.   • Rewards points will be issued upfront on the Initial Purchase Sum but not in respect of the subsequent Instalments. • Each Instalment shall be charged to the Card Account and will be treated in the same way as any other Card Transaction charged to your Card Account. The Instalments payable will be reflected in your Billing Statement and shall be payable in accordance with these terms and the Cardmember's Agreement. In particular, interest and late charges will be levied on any overdue Instalment as well as other overdue amounts in the Card Account in accordance with the Cardmember's Agreement. • You shall make all payments on your Card Account by the relevant Payment Dates notwithstanding that you may have Auto FlexiPlan Transactions pending processing. Payments made to your Card Account will not be refunded even after your Auto FlexiPlan Transaction is approved. • The Bank may at its discretion impose a non-refundable early redemption fee of such amount as it may determine if the Auto FlexiPlan is terminated (whether arising from the termination of your Card Account or otherwise) or if you make early prepayment of any amount under your Auto FlexiPlan. All unpaid Instalments will then be debited to your Card Account and become immediately due and payable. Such early redemption fee will be payable regardless of subsequent revocation of any repayment or your failure to make full repayment. All requests for early redemptions must be made to the Bank in writing. • The Bank is not the manufacturer or supplier (or agent thereof) of any of the products featured. The Bank shall not be in anyway liable, for any claims, injury , expense, loss or damage brought or incurred by any party whosoever, or for any other matter arising from or in connection with the use of the product or supply of any service purchased hereunder or participation in Auto FlexiPlan. Any complaints of comments in relation to any product or service purchased or any accompanying terms and conditions are to be directed to supplier. • The Bank reserves the right and discretion to determine and vary the Instalment amount, processing and early redemption fee, tenor and all other payment details and terms of your Auto FlexiPlan from time to time and without prior notice. Subject to the preceding sentence, you understand that you are bound by such payment details then prevailing at the time of your Auto FlexiPlan Transaction. • The prevailing payment details and terms will be set out in the Bank's marketing materials and/or website but the Bank's decision on all matters relating to Auto FlexiPlan shall be conclusive and binding. • The Bank is entitled in its discretion to amend, vary or modify these terms at any time without notice and such changes shall be binding on you with effect from such date as the Bank may determine. • Payments made to your Card Account will be applied towards outstanding interest, fees and principal (in that order) and from the lowest promotional interest rate portion first. • These terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to these terms shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of these terms. • References here shall have the same meaning as in the the Bank's Cardmember's Agreement. These terms apply in addition to the terms of the Cardmember's Agreement and if any conflict arises, the Cardmember's Agreement shall prevail and these terms shall be deemed to be modified to the extent necessary to give effect to the Cardmember's Agreement and those terms.
